You care a great deal about the health and appearance of your lawn, that's why you're here on this website right now.  It's nice to enjoy our lawns in the spring months when everything is green and growing under the warm sunny skies that help thaw the turf.  From March through May, it seems as if all we have to to to our lawn is cut it regualary, fertilize it and aerate in order to achieve that nice green, lush grass our feet love to walk through.

But you've probably also noticed that by the time June July and August arrive, the lawn may not be doing as well with the typical care given by most homeowners.  Perhaps it loses its dark green color.  Maybe bare spots begin to show more than they did in the springtime.  You've probably also noticed that the water tends to runoff more than it did just moths before.  This is usually caused by compacted soil and dense roots, which ultimately results in wasting the precious water we apply during these hot, dry months.

But what if there was a way in which we could:

Top Dressing.  It's a process in which we work to regain/maintain the lawn's health by aeration, seeding (if desired/necessary) and applying a completely organic mixture of nutrients to your lawn.  This process can usually be done in one to two days and the results begin taking place immediately for the lawn itself.  To what degree the lawn regains its green color depends on each lawn, but the majority of our customers do in fact notice a darker shade of green weeks after we've completed the top dressing.  Preferrably, top dressing should be completed in the autumn months, providing cooler temperatures and optimal growing conditions.
